2. Permitted Use & Professional Responsibility

LedgerHQ is a practice management and tax preparation productivity platform. While LedgerHQ provides automated rule validation and direct API connectivity with HMRC and Companies House, the Customer acknowledges that:

• The Customer retains sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all tax returns, schedules, and statutory filings prior to digital submission.
• LedgerHQ does not provide formal legal, tax, or financial advisory opinions to the public.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual billing basis. Modular compliance subscriptions operate on 12-month continuous compliance agreements billed in monthly instalments or upfront annual billing with applicable discounts. All fees are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be charged at the prevailing UK rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless cancelled or modified prior to the renewal date via your practice billing portal.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

You retain full, unencumbered ownership and intellectual property rights to all client financial data, entity records, documents, and working papers uploaded to LedgerHQ. You may export your entire database at any time.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales / Scotland, and the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
